Belcher Sports Group was founded by Jabree Belcher, a former collegiate athlete, educator, and athletic administrator who understands that an athlete’s journey extends far beyond competition.
THE FOUNDER'S STORY
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jabree experienced firsthand — as a former Division II Track & Field athlete — the challenge of balancing academics, athletics, and preparing for life beyond sports. After earning his degrees from West Chester University and Temple University, he built a career in academic advising, athletic administration, NIL education, and career development for student-athletes.
Through that work, Jabree saw a gap: athletes are coached extensively for their sport, but rarely given the same guidance for building their brand, navigating opportunities, and preparing for what comes next. That’s why BSG exists — combining representation, NIL and brand partnerships, and whole-athlete development to help athletes build relationships, create opportunities, and succeed long after their playing career ends.
