Erick Brundidge
West Chester Football → Entrepreneur & Clothing Brand Founder
Erick Brundidge built his reputation as a big-play wide receiver at West Chester University.
During his standout season he recorded:
46 receptions
759 receiving yards
10 touchdown receptions
16.5 yards per catch average
Brundidge became one of the most explosive offensive weapons in the conference and helped power West Chester’s high-scoring offense during their playoff run.
After football, Brundidge transitioned into entrepreneurship and launched his own clothing brand Life Love Incorporated, focusing on creativity, culture, and personal expression.
His story demonstrates how athletes can transform the discipline and leadership developed through sports into successful business ventures.
Crystal Ross
James Madison → Manhattan College → Educator, Coach & Referee
Crystal Ross built a strong collegiate basketball career before transitioning into education and community leadership.
Ross began her career at James Madison University where she competed in Division I women’s basketball and earned recognition as a JMU Athletic Director Scholar-Athlete.
She later transferred to Manhattan College where she appeared in 30 games during the 2015-2016 season, averaging:
6.3 points per game
4.9 rebounds per game
1.1 blocks per game

Brian Cavicante
Under-Recruited → Prep School → Delaware State → Marshall University
Brian Cavicante represents one of the most powerful stories of perseverance.
Coming out of high school without Division I offers, Cavicante attended prep school before earning an opportunity at Delaware State University.
During his career at Delaware State he became one of the most productive linebackers in the conference, recording:
300+ career tackles
40+ tackles for loss
First Team All-MEAC honors
Despite suffering a meniscus injury, Cavicante continued his career by transferring to Marshall University where he played two seasons at the FBS level while earning his Master’s degree.
His journey represents resilience, discipline, and commitment to education.
Robert Smith
Philadelphia → West Chester → Delaware State → Professional Overseas
Robert Smith began his collegiate career at West Chester University before transferring to Delaware State University.
At Delaware State he emerged as one of the top players in the conference, earning All-MEAC honors in the Mid‑Eastern Athletic Conference.
Following his collegiate career, Smith continued his basketball journey by playing professionally overseas, representing the growing global opportunities available for talented athletes.
His story reflects the persistence required to develop through multiple levels of college basketball and reach the professional stage.
Sy’Veon Wilkerson
Delaware State → Jackson State → Colorado
Sy'Veon Wilkerson built one of the most inspiring transfer journeys in recent college football.
Wilkerson began his collegiate career at Delaware State University before entering the transfer portal and continuing his career at Jackson State University under Deion Sanders.
During the 2022 season he rushed for over 1,100 yards and 9 touchdowns, establishing himself as one of the most productive running backs in the SWAC.
He later transferred with Coach Prime to University of Colorado Boulder, continuing his career at the Power Five level while earning his college degree.
His journey highlights the power of perseverance, development, and believing in the transfer portal process.
